Do you have solid understanding of Microsoft Advertising (or major PPC platforms such as Google Ads)? Are you comfortable using Microsoft Copilot for advanced tasks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Microsoft Ads B2B Customer Experts team in our state-of-art premises in Piraeus.About the RoleOur team provides expert troubleshooting and optimization support to advertisers using Microsoft Ads for their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. In this role, you help resolve technical issues, deliver data-driven recommendations, and empower advertisers to maximize performance and long-term success on the platform.What You Will Do• Diagnose & Resolve Issues: Quickly troubleshoot account setup, billing, disapprovals, conversion tracking, and platform functionality, using a consultative approach to understand each advertiser’s goals.• Provide Clear, Confident Solutions: Deliver timely, professional resolutions and leverage Copilot tools to ensure accuracy, clarity, and trust.• Recommend Performance Improvements: Identify optimization opportunities while resolving issues. Share data‑backed recommendations and educate customers on best practices and new Microsoft Advertising features, including Copilot workflows.• Educate & Empower Customers: Teach advertisers how to use Copilot for campaign creation, reporting, analysis, and optimization.
