With advanced tools, training, and career opportunities, it fosters innovation and inclusivity to create transformative business experiences.What will you do?Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnelConduct customer outreach via phone, email, video, and social mediaIdentify relevant alternative decision-makers using professional tools and research methodsEnsure adherence to response-time SLAs and mandatory sales cadencesActively manage and progress the sales pipelineDocument all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce CRMTransition qualified leads to the onboarding team to support the customer journeyReview and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics

Requirements

Candidate profileFluent in English and French, both written and spokenMinimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the tech or advertising sectorProven ability to identify high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer investmentKnowledge of digital advertising is considered an advantageExperience in competitive selling and acquiring new businessExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex conceptsStrong time-management skills and ability to work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environmentExperience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
