Our client is seeking motivated French-speaking Support Specialists to join several work-from-home customer and technical support projects based in Greece.In this role, you’ll assist users of a well-known international service, providing either customer or technical support. You’ll receive comprehensive training and a generous relocation package to help you smoothly begin your new adventure.Please note: This position can only be performed from within Greece. Relocation support is fully provided by our client, and we’re happy to share more details with you.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport French-speaking customers via phone and/or chatHandle customer service and technical support inquiriesAssist with account management, billing questions, and service issuesTroubleshoot basic technical problems related to applications, software, and connectivityGuide users through websites and platforms while explaining featuresProvide accurate, real-time solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfactionCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically

Requirements
