Join a leading French multinational outsourcer to support one of the world’s most widely used search engines in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide professional French-language assistance to users and advertisers while ensuring the best customer experience. Main tasks:Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, chat and email to French-speaking customers and digital advertisers.Assist with account setup, pre-sales questions and digital marketing campaign optimization.Troubleshoot technical issues, document case information and follow escalation processes to resolution.Collaborate with technicians and update internal ticketing systems in English.Maintain customer satisfaction, adhere to quality guidelines and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
Native-level French (C2) with strong English (C1).Experience in customer service or technical support; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.Excellent communication and writing skills; patient, proactive and detail-oriented.Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn technical concepts.EU passport or valid residence permit and willingness to relocate to Lisbon.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow processes.
