Overview:Welo Data is seeking attentive listeners to join an exciting AI training data project for one of the world's leading voice AI platforms. Your contributions will directly enhance how the platform understands German dialects. What you will do:Listen to 5-second audio clips and transcribe them exactly as spoken. Follow a clear, well-documented style guide for punctuation, formatting, and audio flags.Flag clips with background noise, cut-off speech, or unclear audio using simple codes.Benefit from flexible working hours while maintaining an average completion time of ~125 seconds per task. Project DetailsStart Date: ASAPDuration: Up to 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension  Commitment: 10–20 hours per week  Job Type: FreelanceLocation: Remote (Luxembourg)Language: GermanPay Rate: $29/hourJoin Welo Data to be part of an impactful project that helps make AI more culturally relevant and inclusive.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in German Strong written language skills, including awareness of punctuation and sentence structure. Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment. Attention to detail and ability to apply structured guidelines consistently. Prior experience in transcription, data annotation, or a related field is advantageous but not required. Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
