Overview:Welo Data is looking for experienced quality reviewers to join a high-profile AI training data project in collaboration with one of the world’s leading voice AI platforms. As a Verifier, you will play a critical role in shaping the way AI understands and interacts with people globally by ensuring transcription accuracy and compliance with quality standards. What you will doReview short audio transcriptions (~5 seconds) for accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Approve correct transcriptions or reject with specific, actionable written feedback.Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application. Support Analysts through constructive feedback to enhance overall quality. Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution. Project Details:Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6 weeks, with the possibility of extensionCommitment: 10-20 hours per week for up to 6 weeksJob Type: FreelanceLocation: Remote (Luxembourg)Language: GermanPay Rate: $31.90/hourJoin Welo Data to be part of an impactful project that helps make AI more culturally relevant and inclusive.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in German Strong written language skills, including awareness of punctuation and sentence structure. Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment. Attention to detail and ability to apply structured guidelines consistently. Prior experience in transcription, data annotation, or a related field is advantageous but not required. Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
