Requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through live chat and email.Manage up to 3 live chat conversations simultaneously.Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.Follow shifts on a rotational basis, including night shifts and public holidays.RequirementsFluency in German (C1) and good command of English for internal communication.A junior profile with minimal work experience preferred.Demonstrates a polite, professional, and down-to-earth attitude.Strong communication and multitasking skills.Ideal Candidate ProfileJunior profiles preferred (extensive experience not required).
