Requirements
You speak German at a native or near-native level Previous experience in customer service or as a customer advisor is a plus Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong computer literacy and fast comprehension of digital tools Team-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitude Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Good MS Office skills are a plus (optional)
