Workster collaborates with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to service a leading worldwide audio equipment producer, working fully remote from anywhere in SpainYour RoleTake incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email, log call details onto case management systems and  provide response and resolution within SLA to customer).Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSolve requests/incidents related to more specific products/appsMaintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.Monitor / progress all open queries in queue.Escalate potential service issues to appropriate levelEnsure contractual SLA is maintained.Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned managerAchieve an excellent customer satisfaction level

Requirements

Excellent German (C1-C2) plus great English skills (B2-C1)Very good customer care skillsHigh IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music and Audiovisual products will be a big advntageWindows and Mac environment literateAdequate professional experience1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical supportExcellent customer care knowledge and awarenessAbility to implement and manage changes in processesService passionResponsible and independent work habitGood communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistanceFollow the security rules of the company
