DKR are working with a great international Customer Support company operating 8KM outside of the stunning Paris city centre, infact its 8KM exactly from Champs Elysee. They believe in not only providing customer support, but building customer relationships and are looking for a friendly and positive Customer Service Agents to do just that! Interviews for this role will take place virtually via on-line tests and tele-conference calls in order to aid convenience to candidates.
You will be working with an established leading Automotive Manufacturer (Japanese) and its respective customers by coordinating test drives requested by the customers and answering any queries or questions that are thrown your way! This role will help you increase both your customer service skills and boost your knowledge of the automotive industry.
I need native level German and @ least B2 English. Background wise, I need someone computer literate, happy to support and help customers and work with business clients in your own language. You'll be able to multitask and solve problems on the go! Obviously if you have experience in a contact centre and/or automotive industry then you'll stand an extremely good chance of being successful!
Please note there is no relocation package, so you must either reside close to Paris or be willing to relocate @ your own expense.
