Help customers with billing, roaming, and mobile issues while enjoying a competitive salary, monthly bonuses, and relocation support.Your day to day:Handle inbound calls and emails from German-speaking customersSupport clients with billing, PIN/PUK issues, roaming questions, and general connectivity issuesAssist with service renewals and promote additional products such as mobile security, TV, and internetDeliver top-quality service while maintaining Salt’s customer satisfaction and retention goalsUse internal systems to manage, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries

Requirements

C2 level German — native or near-native fluencyB2 level English — for internal communication and trainingStrong technical aptitude — confident navigating mobile and internet servicesExperience in customer service or sales support is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWilling to relocate to Athens (relocation support provided)

Offer

Base salary: €1,300/month grossPerformance bonus: Up to €240/monthWorking hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00–00:00Location: On-site in Moschato, AthensRelocation package: Yes — support offered for candidates moving from abroadTraining: Provided (in English), with a nesting period of 2 weeksWork environment: Multicultural team with opportunities to grow
