This role would require relocation to Warsaw, Poland, since this is a full-time on-site position.???? Please note that this is a shift-based role that requires flexibility for the Day/Late/Night shifts.✅ Main Responsibilities:Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mailsMaintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customersAcknowledge and resolve customers’ complaintsKnowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questionsEnsure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
