We are looking for fluent German speakers to join the German Customer Care team of an innovative online payment platform. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone calls, chat, and occasional emails Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely and effective resolution Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Meet performance targets set by both the client and internal teams
Requirements
Fluent in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken) Good command of English (minimum B2 level) Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Previous experience in customer service or customer success is a plus Basic technical understanding Availability to work on-site in Athens EU Passport
