What You’ll Be Doing:Provide professional assistance to German-speaking customers through various communication channelsHandle inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindsetUse company tools and systems to manage tasks efficientlyWork closely with international teams, using English as a secondary language Who We’re Looking For:Fluent German speaker (C1 level) with solid English skills (B2 level)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, customer-focused, and eager to learnPrevious customer support or office experience is an advantage, but not required What’s On Offer:Monthly salary of 3600–3800 BGN gross, plus performance bonuses up to 300 BGNAdditional night shift payments for late evening hoursPaid training to get you fully prepared for the roleRelocation package for those moving to Bulgaria:14 nights in hotel accommodationAdvance salary payment if neededTravel reimbursement up to €250 after 6 monthsAssistance from a dedicated relocation specialist Job Type & Location:Full-time, 5-day workweek (rotating schedule including weekends)On-site role based in Sofia, BulgariaShifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 2:00 AM (depending on the project)
