Our client is seeking to employ a German Speaking Inside Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.
- Provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business models
- Working with clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analysing data
- Managing and maintaining the in-house knowledge database and reaching out to recruiting new experts when required.
- Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customer's experience.
- Participate in weekly & monthly meetings
- Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction
- Experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
- Fluent German & English
- A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
- Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationships
- Is able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale
