Your ResponsibilitiesCreate and acquire new customers within a defined sales area.Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized businesses.Generate new business by creating interest and engaging with potential customers at an early stage.Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their business needs.Present software and IT solutions in a clear and persuasive way.Support the company’s growth by securing new opportunities and contributing to sales targets.Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
Native-level German and fluent English, both verbal and written.At least 1 year of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Account Executive.Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR.Previous experience in software, IT products, services, or solutions is highly valued.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Confident working with small and medium-sized business clients.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.Interest in technology, software, and SaaS sales environments.
Offer
Permanent contract with a starting date on June 2026.Gross annual salary of €26,000 plus uncapped bonus.Bonus scheme: €200 gross for deals closed worth up to €10,000.Bonus scheme: €300 gross for deals closed worth above €10,000.Flexible work model: choose between hybrid or fully remote work, based on your preference.Working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.Work equipment provided by Salescode.Onsite presence at the Salescode Athens premises required during the first 1–2 weeks of training, with expenses covered.Occasional onsite presence required when clients visit, around 2–3 times per year, with expenses covered.Opportunity to work in an international software and SaaS sales environment.Be part of a multicultural team supporting customers across international markets.
