Description

 German Speaking Customer Advisor, Provide assistance for a respect car manufacturers, while working remote from GreeceInbound calls, emails, and chats, helping  with digital products and applications. Troubleshoot mobile networks, internet connectivity.Technical support for digital products and services.Assist customers with inquiries related to Connect, electromobility, and infotainment systems.Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

Basic understanding of SIM cards, SD cards, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. You should be comfortable using smartphones and internet apps, and passionate about delivering a good service to your customer.

Offer

Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 EUR200 euros  customer satisfaction Bonus. Work from Home: within Greece.Flight to Greece and three months of free accommodation - or cash bonus instead of accomodation.
