NETFLIX, focusing on account management, billing support, and technical troubleshooting. This is a remote role based in Greece, where you’ll interact with German speaking users and communicate internally in English when necessary. Your ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls from German speaking customers regarding account, billing, and technical issuesAssist with login problems, subscription changes, account settings, and payment updatesHandle technical issues such as app errors, device compatibility, or access interruptionsEscalate complex queries to internal support teams (in English) via chatFollow internal quality and communication guidelines in all interactionsParticipate in weekly team meetings and monthly internal webinars
Requirements
Fluent German (C2) and confident English (B2) for reading documentation and internal communicationsSolid PC skills and the ability to learn new systems quicklyClear, calm, and professional communication styleAbility to troubleshoot technical issues in a structured and logical wayNo previous experience required, but familiarity with the platform as a user is an advantage
