Start: Juli / AugustWorking model: Hybrid: 4 days on site/one day from home every weekWe partnering with an international customer experience provider to recruit a German-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for a leading global technology project.In this role, you’ll work with established business clients, supporting them with renewals, upgrades, and tailored technology solutions while driving long-term customer value.Your RoleManage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territoryAchieve revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesConduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and emailUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable products and servicesGuide customers through onboarding and encourage optimal product adoptionIdentify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities using data and CRM insightsHandle objections professionally and navigate competitive scenariosMaintain accurate forecasts (weekly / monthly / quarterly) and pipeline updatesCollaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and distributorsKeep CRM records up to date and ensure full visibility of client activity
Requirements
Native or C2 level German or Dutch (spoken and written)English at C1 levelAt least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally phone-basedStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsResults-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsComfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsConfidence using CRM systems (experience with Dynamics or similar is a plus)Solid PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
