Job Title: German Sales Account Executive Salary: Basic €33,000 with OTE of €45,000 + benefits Job Location: Dublin City Centre Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office & 3 days from home) Training up to 4 weeks office based. German Sales Account Executive As a successful German Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will drive the roll out of a unique digital marketing advertising solution to EU markets. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a book of business, developing and growing long term relationships as the ‘face’ and first point of contact for your clients. Identify, research and contact potential new partner businesses that you believe the client’s unique business proposition could bring value to, delivering personalised product pitchesManage key accounts and work with businesses and brands that have already started advertising on the platform to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create the right marketing planGain an in depth understanding of partners business goals in your niche market, offering educated insights to help them to succeedManaging and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database and reaching out to recruiting new experts when required.Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.Strong networking skills and work collaboratively with the wider sales team in order to share (and gain) valuable knowledge on your role.A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environmentParticipate in weekly & monthly meetingsNavigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction
