What's the project? Our client is an international company operating in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2019, the business combines expertise in CRM, player retention, marketing, and operations with the management of its own online gaming brands. With around 80 employees across multiple countries, the company is currently expanding its Madrid office and building new multilingual teams. The German-speaking team is one of the key growth projects for the coming months, offering the opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth. And your role in this? As a German-Speaking B2C Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with players through outbound calls, building strong relationships, and driving activity on the platform. This is a sales-focused role where communication, persuasion, and relationship-building are at the heart of your success. You'll work with existing leads and players, helping increase engagement while contributing to the growth of the German market. More specifically, you will: Contact players and leads through outbound callsEncourage registrations, deposits, and platform activityBuild long-term relationships with customersIdentify opportunities to increase player engagement and retentionWork towards individual KPIs and performance targetsMaintain accurate records in the CRM systemFollow internal procedures and compliance guidelinesOk, what should you bring?
