Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.For one of our partners, we are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic, multicultural team based in Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in representing the brand and supporting customers throughout their journey. Your main tasks will include:Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and friendly mannerIdentifying, analyzing, and resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levelsProviding accurate, up-to-date, and complete information by using internal tools and resourcesBuilding long-term customer relationships through empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communicationFollowing established communication procedures, quality standards, and company policiesKeeping detailed records of customer interactions, cases, and actions taken in internal systemsMeeting individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and case resolution

Requirements

What We Are Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you should bring strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ideally, you have:Native or near-native proficiency in German (written and spoken)A good command of English for internal communication and documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong active listening and problem-solving abilitiesA customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situationsConfidence in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectivelyBasic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and toolsPrevious experience in customer service or support is an advantage, but not a requirement — full training will be provided.
