Location: Athens, GreeceRole: German Customer Support AdvisorSalary: 1400€ gross per month + up to 140 EUR monthly performance bonusRelocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 The RoleWe are recruiting for fluent German speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this seaside town has a lot to offer!As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a global kitchen appliances company, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat in regards to their coffee machines. Recommending products, talking the customer through technical troubleshooting steps and assisting with other queries in relation to deliveries and refunds will be part of your daily tasks.

Offer

OfferThe selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 4 weeks.
