German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Athens, GreeceAthens, GreecePermanent / UnlimitedSalary: €1,300 gross/month + performance bonusRelocation assistance availableAre you a German speaker looking for an exciting opportunity to live and work in sunny Athens, Greece?We are looking for German-Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team and provide professional support to German-speaking customers regarding banking-related queries.Your ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls from German-speaking customers.Assist customers with banking-related questions and requests.Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Follow company procedures and maintain high service-quality standards.Work towards agreed performance and customer service KPIs.RequirementsC1–C2 level German, both written and spoken.B1/B2 level English, both written and spoken.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage, but not essential.Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.Training is provided in German.Salary & Benefits€1,300 gross monthly salary€950 base salary€250 German language allowance€100 office allowancePerformance bonus of up to 10%, based on monthly performance and KPIs.Performance bonus starts after the first 3 months and is paid from the 4th month.€5 per working day via Up Hellas Card.Private medical insurance with Generali.Unlimited/permanent employment contract. Working HoursThe operation runs Monday to Sunday, 09:00–19:00 Athens time.Your schedule will be arranged within the operating hours according to business requirements.Relocation SupportMoving to Greece? Requirements
