Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Banking Customer Care Specialists for a financial services project in Szczecin, Poland. This role is a great opportunity to combine your interest in finance with a career in customer support within an international environment.Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries in banking and financial services. Handle customer requests through various channels (phone, email) and provide tailored support. Address customer financial challenges with empathy and professionalism. Conduct consultations to identify appropriate solutions for customer needs. Deliver high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships and ensures satisfaction. Accurately document all communications in the customer database.
Requirements
Fluent German (C1) in both written and spoken communication. Strong interest in financial topics and banking services. Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work within service hours (Monday–Sunday, 07:30–22:00) on a rotating shift schedule. Confident PC skills and ability to navigate digital tools.
