German Speaking Customer Service _ Remote in Greece only Athens, GreeceThe monthly gross salary is €1,350 plus  Sales Bonus upon performance, average 100-500 EUR grossPerformance bonus: Up to 30% according to your sales performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)Relocation assistance provided:Flight to AthensTaxi to pick up from airportAirbnb for 4 weeksAssistance to issue hiring documentsOperating hours German: Monday to Friday 11:00 – 19:00 Candidates should have at least 6 months customer service experience. Working on behalf of one of the world's largest online travel agencies.  Role Overview:Agents respond to phone and email and messages from customers with inquiries about account, existing reservations, payments, complaintsSkills RequiredC2 German and B2 EnglishGood general computing skills
