Workster is collaborating with a leading company to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for their growing team in Malaga - this includes a relocation package if you do not live there currently.This is a full-time role, where you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. Requirements

Excellent German skills (C1 minimum) with good command of English.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems.Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
