German-Speaking Customer Service RepresentativeThe OpportunityWe are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global Customer Service team supporting clients with technical issues and service requests.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong German and English language skills who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and developing their technical knowledge.You don't need to be a highly experienced IT professional. Previous telephone technical support or customer service experience is advantageous, alongside a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.What You'll Be Doing* Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT-related technical issues* Guide customers through the steps required to restore functionality* Resolve incidents at first-line level or escalate more complex issues to Level 2 support* Coordinate and follow up on service requests* Work with colleagues and cross-functional teams to solve customer problems* Use internal knowledge bases to identify solutions* Identify potential gaps in existing support documentation* Deliver a professional and positive customer experienceThe role combines technical troubleshooting with customer service and provides the opportunity to develop your IT support skills within an established international environment.Interested?If you're a fluent German speaker based in or around Budapest and would like to develop your career within customer service and IT support, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to find out more.
