Our client is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents in the vibrant city of Madrid!Join the Airplus project as a Bilingual Customer Support Agent. You'll assist clients in resolving transaction and credit card inquiries, primarily in German, through phone and email. About the companyOur partner is a global leader in the customer service industry, delivering exceptional experiences for over 750 leading and digital-first brands. With 170,000 associates worldwide, they provide innovative customer service solutions and seamless customer experiences.What will you do?• Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)• Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues• Provide support via phone and email• Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week

Requirements

• Native or fluent in German• High level of English• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills• Reliable, flexible, and professional• Eligible to work in Spain starting October 2025
