Are you comfortable using Microsoft Copilot for advanced tasks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Microsoft Ads B2B Customer Experts team in our state-of-art premises in Piraeus.About the RoleOur team provides expert troubleshooting and optimization support to advertisers using Microsoft Ads for their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. In this role, you help resolve technical issues, deliver data-driven recommendations, and empower advertisers to maximize performance and long-term success on the platform.What You Will Do• Diagnose & Resolve Issues: Quickly troubleshoot account setup, billing, disapprovals, conversion tracking, and platform functionality, using a consultative approach to understand each advertiser’s goals.• Provide Clear, Confident Solutions: Deliver timely, professional resolutions and leverage Copilot tools to ensure accuracy, clarity, and trust.• Recommend Performance Improvements: Identify optimization opportunities while resolving issues. Share data‑backed recommendations and educate customers on best practices and new Microsoft Advertising features, including Copilot workflows.• Educate & Empower Customers: Teach advertisers how to use Copilot for campaign creation, reporting, analysis, and optimization.
