Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office-based)Salary: 1,585 gross/month (approx. 1,230 EUR net)Hours: 40 hrs/week – rotating shifts (24/7 operation)Relocation Support:  Up to 21 days company accommodation on arrival and help finding long-term rental. We're looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.In this role, you'll provide email support to players of one of the world's leading online gaming platforms. You'll help players with account, technical and gameplay-related queries, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. What You'll DoProvide high-quality customer support via email in German.Respond to player enquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner.Troubleshoot account, login and technical issues.Investigate and resolve gameplay-related queries.Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.Accurately document all customer interactions.Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.
