Position: German Speaking Quality Expert ReviewerLocation: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite, Dublin City Centre – no remote option)Salary: €37,333 per annum (gross)Start Date: 13th MarchContract Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, fully flexible across Mon–Sun, 08:00 – 19:00Training: 4 weeks onsite in DublinCandidate RequirementsMust provide evidence of previous Content Moderator experience.Must pass background checks, including:Right to Work verificationCriminal Record CheckCredit CheckAny other associated checksNote: No holiday or time-off requests are allowed within the first 8 weeks of training.Role OverviewAs a German Speaking Quality Expert Reviewer, you will support quality review of client workflows managed by the client’s Global Operations and Special Operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Content Moderation – reviewing content including, but not limited to:Organizing or credibly threatening violencePromoting self-harmOrganizing theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or sale of restricted goodsMisrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violationsHate speech and bullyingPhishing, spam, and malwareChild exploitationNudity, pornographySexual solicitationOther categories as agreedID Review and Authenticity/Access FlowsEscalations – identifying content or cases that require escalationSpecial Focus AreasHERO (viral/meme content)DOI (Dangerous Organizations)This role is fully office-based in Dublin and requires attention to detail, good judgment, and experience handling sensitive content in German.
