Looking for a job in recruitment in one of the most exciting cities in the world? We are currently looking for a supervisor recruiter in the vibrant city of Berlin!

Our partner company is seeking a highly-engaged Supervisor Recruiting (m/f/d) to lead our recruitment team. In this role, you will design hiring strategies and develop ways to improve efficiency in the hiring process. To ensure consistency, you will train our recruitment staff on new policies and monitor the implementation of the new procedures.

You will also set sales goals and work with your team to help them meet monthly quotas.

Your Role

  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
  • Set team goals and targets and monitor progress against recruitment department metrics
  • Responsible for measuring team productivity
  • Work with the operations, work force management and site director to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
  • Process and track applicant job submissions
  • Manage all relevant Recruitiing KPIs and¬†advertising budgets
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
  • Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes

Requirements

Your Skills

  • Native level of German (C1/C2) and professional level of English is mandatory
  • Ability to lead team in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to the TA Team
  • Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput
  • demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to work in a high-velocity environment
  • Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills
  • Experience directing the activities of a team who assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client, internal department, and appropriate stakeholders
  • Please note that all potential candidates must live in Germany already and have a German nationality or a valid work permit for Germany
