This is a junior-level role perfect for someone with a year or two of experience who is hungry to master the art of outbound sales.The RoleAs a Sales Representative, you will be the engine of growth for the German market. You won’t just be making calls; you’ll be learning the full sales cycle—from hunting for the right leads to presenting solutions that help businesses grow.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting: Research and identify potential e-commerce clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).Outreach: Execute outbound strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to turn cold leads into warm opportunities.Sales Cycle Support: Manage the process from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.Pitching: Present tailored proposals to potential clients, focusing on how our tech solves their specific pain points.Pipeline Management: Keep your CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) up to date to ensure accurate forecasting and hitting your KPIs.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years in outbound B2B sales (SDR/BDR or Junior Sales roles).
