Join a leading tech company as a German-speaking Support Specialist in Portugal. You’ll support customers with online orders, deliveries, returns, refunds and payment-related questions, while working remotely from Portugal with relocation support and accommodation available.As a German-speaking Support Specialist, you will assist customers with online order-related queries throughout the full customer journey.Your tasks will include managing delivery issues, shipping investigations, returns, refunds, payment-related questions and order information requests. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, while also coordinating with internal teams, couriers, carriers and financial partners when needed.You will work with sensitive customer information, so accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential. You will also use internal systems, including SAP, to keep clear records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

You are fluent in German and EnglishYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are detail-oriented and accurate in your workYou can handle complex issues with minimal supervisionYou are a strong problem solver with a customer-focused mindsetYou are comfortable working with sensitive informationYou are flexible and able to manage changing workloads, including occasional overtimeYou enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to shared goalsExperience with SAP or back-office work is a plus, but not mandatory
