Requirements
Native-level German language skills (C2) + fluent English Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage Patience to communicate and solve issues Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player **All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
