Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding bookings, post-booking support, and complaint resolution Deliver accurate, empathetic, and effective assistance to each customer Record interactions and maintain data accuracy in internal systems Follow internal procedures and escalate issues when necessary Contribute to a positive customer experience and support service quality standards
Requirements
German (C1) written and spoken proficiency English (B2+) proficiency Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems Availability to work full-time or part-time, including up to 2 weekends per month
