Your RoleAs a German-Speaking Travel Consultant in our Lisbon contact center, you’ll support the customers with hotel rebooking requests. You’ll help travellers solve problems quickly so they can enjoy a smooth and stress-free trip. What You’ll Do Assist customers with hotel booking inquiries quickly and effectively.Support travellers with hotel-related issues during their stay.Handle overbooking cases, incorrect bookings, and reservation updates.Manage complaints with professionalism and find solutions.Process customer data, booking changes, and adjustments accurately.
