Travel Consultant - German speakingAre you passionate about travel and exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a dedicated and service-minded Travel Consultant to join their German team in Tallinn. In this role, you will guide customers through their travel planning, identify sales opportunities, and help create memorable experiences for travelers worldwide.About the CompanyOur client is an established Norwegian travel company with a strong international presence. Their operations extend across some of the world’s most unique destinations, and the Tallinn office has been active for over ten years. The local team consists of more than 200 professionals from over 40 nationalities, all united by a shared passion for travel and service excellence.What will you do?Provide high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound communication channelsUnderstand customer needs and convert inquiries into bookingsManage customer information accurately in CRM and booking systemsMaintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfactionIdentify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional mannerContribute to achieving sales targets and operational goalsParticipate in ongoing training and development activities

Requirements

Candidate profileFluent in German (C1 level or higher) and proficient in EnglishExperience in travel consulting, customer service, or sales rolesMotivated by achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional serviceStrong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and organizedAble to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment
