What You’ll Be Doing:Helping Customers: You’ll handle customer inquiries over the phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring they’re satisfied with our service.Documenting: Record each case in our system, so we have a clear history of every interaction.Problem-Solving: Work to resolve issues quickly, meeting our performance goals. Requirements

Language Skills: You should be at least B2 level or better German and B1+ in English, so you can handle documentation and system logging.Experience: Experience in outsourced customer service is a plus, but not a must.

Offer

€1,500 depending on your experience it can be discussed.
