This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner in Barcelona, however you can choose to work from home anywhere in Europe.
As a Technical Support Advisor your responsibilities will be representing a very well-known global IT company and you will assist business clients via email, phone, and live chat. You will analyze and evaluate users’ specific account setups and troubleshoot technical questions including software, hardware, and logistic questions. You will also work closely with level 2 and 3 technical support if any technical issue needs to be escalated.
