<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Global Wellness & Resiliency Program Manager</p>

<p><strong>Overall Job Purpose</strong></p>

<p>The Global Wellness & Resiliency Program Manager will have significant experience in a senior leadership role and experience in leading and implementing strategic wellbeing programs. Experience working collaboratively with management and key stakeholders to further embed the wellness & resiliency global corporate strategy in accordance with the Majorel values and business/account needs.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will display outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and understand current research on wellbeing programs. They will have a demonstrated capacity to influence key stakeholders, innovate, lead and promote systemic change, along with the ability to promote and operationalise strategic decisions and embed evidence-based protective factors that promote resilience and positive social behaviours across Majorel.</p>

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul><li>Provide strategic vision to develop and manage our global wellness and resiliency program for our teams supporting sensitive content review and moderation workflows.</li><li>Manage large strategic priorities and coordinate across all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the right execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver the program.</li><li>Leverage experience and best practices from industry to develop, and drive a scalable global program.</li><li>Attendance to internal, industry and client events as a thought leader to influence and provide positive PR for our programs and to capitalise on sales/marketing opportunities with existing and new client accounts.</li><li>Partner with our Account leaders and advise on initiatives primarily related to how we build wellness and resiliency best practices</li><li>Manage third party relationships with global suppliers/vendors supporting the program</li><li>Partner with and manage relationships with key stakeholders within our client organisations with regards to wellness and resiliency</li><li>Partner with and provide consultation to internal global Account teams to understand work impact through standard global measurements</li><li>Establish and manage global budget with regards to wellness and resiliency</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>

<ul><li>Graduate degree or higher in Psychology or related field</li><li>7+ years of program building and management experience</li><li>Experience working globally across cultures, leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various teams, and locations</li><li>Previous BPO experience highly desired</li><li>Experience in program and project roll-outs and launches</li><li>Excellent communication skills, knowing when to seek to understand, when to influence, and when to listen.</li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders by providing advice, feedback, and an objective perspective.</li><li>Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with many competing demands.</li><li>Strong ability to think creatively, provide thought leadership, and connect dots quickly</li><li>Ability to strongly influence key senior stakeholders.</li></ul>
