We’re an international software development and digital solutions company driven by 1,300 talented professionals across Cyprus, Poland and Portugal.Here, everything moves at rocket speed: driving innovation, pioneering projects, and fast-tracking careers.Together, we turn ideas into action—let’s get started!We are looking for a Greek VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.Duties and Responsibilities:Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month). 

Requirements

Requirements:Proficiency in English and Greek both written and spoken;Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Attention to details;Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
