Your Shift Working Hours: between 8am and 2am - 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per monthWork setup: on-site Main Responsibilities:Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mailsMaintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customersAcknowledge and resolve customers’ complaintsKnowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questionsEnsure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Requirements
Proficiency in both written and spoken Hungarian and English.Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail.Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
