Inside Sales Management with Languages – Industrial Technology Sector At Adecco Outsourcing, we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for an international leader in engineering solutions, located in Alcobendas (Madrid). This position is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, fluency in multiple languages, and experience in technical and commercial environments, who are seeking a stable role with long-term growth potential. Offer Details:Initial contract: 6 months, with a real possibility of extensionSalary: €30,000 gross/yearWorking hours:Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMWork mode: 100% on-site in Alcobendas Main Responsibilities:Full-cycle sales management: identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing contractsActive client prospecting via calls, emails, and lead follow-upsProactive account management to identify new business opportunitiesCoordination with multilingual technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needsDevelopment of customized offers tailored to the cultural and commercial specifics of each marketCRM tracking of opportunities to ensure visibility and traceability of resultsPost-sales support: maintenance contracts, renewals, coverage extensions, and specialized technical servicesTranslating technical requirements into viable commercial solutions with a strategic and results-oriented approach

Requirements

Fluent in French OR German, in addition to EnglishPrevious experience in customer service, inside sales, or commercial managementAdvanced skills in Excel and SAPProactive profile with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and results-driven mindset
