Location: Sofia, BulgariaJob Type: On-siteWorkster is partnering with a leading global entertainment company to recruit motivated and communicative Game Presenters for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.In this exciting position, you will be presenting games in a modern studio environment, engaging with players, and ensuring a fun and interactive experience. This role offers training, a competitive salary, and a dynamic working environment with opportunities for growth.Your Role:Present games on camera, engaging with players and ensuring a fun and interactive atmosphereHandle live game presentations, including card games, dice games, and other live entertainment contentEducate players about game rules and provide excellent customer service during live sessionsOperate the studio equipment and maintain smooth running of the showEnsure a high level of engagement and professionalism in all interactionsParticipate in performance reviews and continue to improve presenting skillsYour Qualifications:Conversational English (fluency in spoken and written communication)Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to engage with an audience and manage live contentComfortable being on camera and performing in a live environmentNo prior experience necessary – paid training providedReliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a shift-based environmentMultitasking abilities and experience in using basic computer toolsInterest in gaming or entertainment is a plusThe Offer:Full-time, on-site position in Sofia, BulgariaShifts: Morning: 07:00 – 16:00, Afternoon: 15:00 – 00:00, Night: 23:00 – 08:00Base salary plus performance bonusesAdditional bonuses: 10% for weekend shifts, 25% for night shifts, and 100% for public holidaysLunch allowanceAccommodation: 20 days in Sofia upon arrival in a luxury apartmentFully covered flights and transport (for EU passport holders)Full relocation support to Sofia, Bulgaria; €1,000 relocation bonus, paid in two installments (50% after the first month, 50% after the second)MultiSport cardCity transport cardHealth insuranceFood vouchersDynamic and supportive team environmentOpportunities for personal and professional growth within a rapidly growing industryShift Flexibility: Ability to select your own shifts, a rare perk in 24/7 operationsWe're Looking For:We are seeking young, dynamic individuals aged between 20 and 35 who want to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and work closely with multinational clients.
