International Key Account Manager - Focus Germany (f/m/d)

<p>Visual Meta is running shopping portals across 13 European countries. Our top accounts are usually active in many of them. To make them as successful as possible we aim to deliver best-in-class consulting to them, based on a deep understanding of their business and markets.<br />As International Key Account Manager you manage or coordinate all activities to reach that goal and collaborate closely with your accounts and internal stakeholders. </p>

<p>You have the chance to work with the biggest e-commerce players like Amazon, Awin and many more and you will have a huge impact on your accounts and our business.</p>

<ul><li><p>You are in charge of developing and deepening successful relationships with our key accounts, which are usually active in many of our markets</p></li><li><p>You either manage the relationships completely or coordinate with the local Account Managers who already have strong relationships or speak the local language</p></li><li><p>You focus on value generation through deep understanding of the individual needs and analysis of the potential of our top accounts in each of our markets</p></li><li><p>You support the personal development of your colleagues by sharing your experiences and know-how</p></li><li><p>You work closely with other international sales managers and departments such as Quality Management, Finance, Marketing as well as Product & Engineering</p></li></ul>


<ul><li><p>You have 4+ years of experience in account management of big accounts with focus on value generation and can demonstrate corresponding success</p></li><li><p>You have an analytical mindset and are experienced in German and European e-commerce so that you can consult our partners effectively</p></li><li><p>You love building relationships through frequent communication and are passionate about bringing value to make your customers more successful</p></li><li><p>You are an excellent team player, highly motivated and proactive as well as self-dependent with a professional customer and service-oriented personality</p></li><li><p>You have excellent communication skills and are very strong in persuading and negotiating deals</p></li><li><p>You are very good in managing internal stakeholders and getting things done</p></li><li><p>You are able to lead intense negotiations confidently in German and English - both spoken and written</p></li></ul>
