Japanese camera technology products, from high-end cameras to smart printers and advanced scanning equipment. Customer Care Agents (CCA)support business to consumer products orThe main products supported are printers and cameras, in total supportand troubleshooting is done for over multiple products/services.The support is divided into 2 LOBs, Customer Care and Technical Support.CCAs support all channels and both LOBs and can be working on other thantheir native language with the support of a translation tool (written channelsonly). CCAs also perform back office tasks and use cross- and upselling.They handle 9-10 tools and Issues they cannot solve are escalated to theTop Contact Drivers / Scenarios▪ Printer Setup and Installation▪ Error Codes: Troubleshooting of tech issues printers/ scanners and cameras Work ModelWork-from-home model with 4–5 days/month in the officeInitial training and onboarding are on-site in AthensNo weekend shifts — working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–21:00
Requirements
A good eye for understanding fashion, food and photography. To be able to relate to Italian camera users. Assist users with printer and camera installation, error codes, and technical issuesOffer pre-sales support by helping customers choose the best product for their needsProcess repair requests and escalate unresolved issuesUse internal systems and translation tools for written communication if neededPerform light back-office tasks and offer cross- and upsell support when appropriateFluent Italian (C2) and confident English (B2)Customer focused attitude and problem-solving mindsetComfortable with Windows & Mac OS environmentsTyping speed of at least 25 WPMNo prior experience required – full training is providedTraining & OnboardingPaid training period3-month learning curve with hands-on supportOption to borrow Canon cameras for weekend product trainingUpskill training in sales once fully productive
