What will you do? Handle calls, emails, and chats in Italian with professionalism and careAct as a brand ambassador, staying informed about promotions and current offersAddress account and billing issues, upsell services, troubleshoot, and manage fraudulent orders and returnsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering empathetic and professional service
Candidate profile Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) with good command of English (B2+)Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask. Adaptability to shift-based work schedules. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
