We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international e-commerce project in Greece. In this role, you will assist customers by providing support with orders, account inquiries, payments, deliveries, and general product questions. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team supporting customers through email, chat, and phone.Responsibilities:Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chatAssist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account issuesTroubleshoot basic problems and provide effective solutionsMaintain a high level of customer satisfactionFollow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements
Fluent Italian (C1/C2) Good English (B2+) for internal communication Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory) EU Passport
